   This is the common pathway to the Magical 11's with 400hp. You can expect a pricetag near $6,000 in parts alone, not counting any shipping or tax. There are additional parts you can expect to buy along the way. This is just a brief list of the main parts needed to make your Daily Driven Beast. Some of My Personal Thoughts & Recomendations;

1. Get a Quality Exhaust Gas Temp. (EGT) Guage, as this will be the life blood of wiether or not your Engine Blows Up. So please don't skimp on this Guage, go with a High Quality and Very Proven Greddy EGT. Weither its the simple 52mm or the Big 60mm with Peak / Warning (My Personal Favorite).

2. CAT-BACK EXHAUST -- DON'T BUY ANYTHING LESS THAN A 3" CAT-BACK!! You could buy a smaller diameter cat-back exhaust piping... BUT WHY?? You have a Health Turbo Car that needs to Breath. So Please don't put any Dinky 2 1/2" Cat-Back Exhaust Systems on your Car.

3. When buying your downpipe, keep in mind the stock o2 housing is EXTREMELY Restrictive. Often you can purchase a o2 (Housing) Eliminator Downpipe that will replace the Most Restrictive Piece of your Exhaust path. Also with this purchase, it will often be at very little extra to just a downpipe.

4a. TURBO -- a common turbo upgrade is a 16G or Big 16G, of which either are only worth a Max of 375hp. This Upgrade is Great for a 1st Gen, I honestly can't see the point. I just refuse to agree with buying a $120 worth of Intercooler Piping just so it will work with my car. For Us 2nd Gens I would personally shoot for something a little bigger, and Why Not for Damn Near the same price? You can buy a 20G for $895 from MJM Turbos (Creators of the ST Black). A Big 16G at a Great Price is $690... Plus Porting +$75... Plus Intercooler Piping +$120... thats $885 for a Turbo that can only flow 550CFM! The MJM 20G can Flow 760CFM for $10 more.

IS 210 MORE CFM WORTH $10 DOLLARS?!?

4b. TURBO -- FWD Owners, let me talk with you for a minture, or TEN if you read a little slow (just kidding) unless you don't get it... Then I ment it :)
 You may have your heart set on a 16G, a Big 16G, a T-28, a FP Big 28, or 16G Killers, or What ever non-sense Gimmik Turbo is out there to compete in the 375hp arena. Let me tell you about a little secret... you know how long you can Roast your tires, Balding a Brand New Set just because you feel like it... In your desire for these Turbos you overlooked something, your Friend.... YUP, your Friend... LAG, Turbo Lag... Most People Hate Him, but for you he's Great! He helps keep your Tires from Burning Up Like a Honda Motor on NOS... These few precious moments added to your Turbo Spool will Greatly Decrease Tire Roasting, and Help Get you out of the Hole instead of digging one. Once out of the Hole, your Little Baby 20G Turbo can Sing to its Hearts Content, Pumping 20 Pounds Per Square Inch or More of Forcefed Induction!

5. FUEL -- Completely Stock you are good for 14psi, with a Fuel Pump Upgrade you can Bump the boost Up to 16psi (91 pump gas). On those Race Days with a Larger Turbo and Race Gas you can bump that up even more to 17-18psi, but NO MORE THAN THAT!! After 18psi your stock Side Mount Intercooler (SMIC) Quits Doing its Job, and simply can't cool all of that air.

6. FMIC -- After your Intercooler Upgrade, Fuel Pump Upgrade and some Race Gas, you can sneak in some of those 20psi Passes at the Track. If you really want to have some Daily Fun you will need to upgrade your Fuel Injectors.

7. FUEL INJECTORS -- You have Two Easy choices, 550cc for $290, or a set of some sweet 660cc for $440. These are you two only real upgrade choices if you are going to use S-AFC for your piggy-back Fuel Management. Apex S-AFC can only adjust the Base Fuel Curve (based on 450cc injector) Plus or Minus 50%. This is Great for 660cc, but anything larger than that and the S-AFC just won't be able to lean things out enough for the street.

8. FUEL MANAGEMENT -- S-AFC is a very popular choice, but if 660cc injectors aren't going to be enough for you, then you may want to look into a DSM Link, AEM Engine Management System (EMS), or a Haltec for all of your Tuning needs.
